Our Logo is modeled after the rose. The rose has resilient characteristics and doesn't require much maintenance to thrive. However, when lavished on, that rose will produce the most beautiful bloom which is brighter and stronger than before.
The rose, a perfect symbolization of our bodies in that we can operate without much maintenance and still survive. However, if we lavish on our bodies; feed, water and nourish with exercise, self-reflection and care, we become the best versions of ourselves. The results are stronger, healthier and more resilient than before. Iron Garden is Made to Motivate women as we lavish on our rose and pour into our health, strength, femininity and style.
