We are happy to offer free (Domestic) returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please make sure to include the items original packaging, tags, and removable bra pads. We cannot accept returns/exchanges without these. To initiate a return please email me at Krystal@irongardenclothing.com and allow 24 hours for a response.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back. 

• Returns for refunds - a return label is generated and deducted from the refunded amount.

• Returns for Store Credit - a label is generated and the label fee is waived (US customers)

• No exchanges at this time.

 

If your refund/return was denied, it was because of one of the following conditions.

• Signs of washing or excessive wrinkling

• Items smelling of smoke, perfume, deodorant, etc

• Excessive animal/human hair, fuzz, lint, etc

• Signs of wear (makeup, stains, smell, etc)

• Returned without original packaging, tags or removable bra pads.
